Alleged Killer of Alberto Martinez Was Arrested. Alberto “Alpo” Martinez was shot and killed in October 2021. To be exact, Martinez was gunned down on Halloween. Martinez was an alleged drug lord of Harlem.

Alleged Killer of Alberto Martinez Was Arrested. The Harlem hustler was assassinated while sitting in his red truck. News of his death went viral on social media.

Especially, because Martinez’s story was shown on the big screen. His life was immortalized in the film “Paid In Full.”

Even though Martinez’s lifestyle was glorified in the film, he was no hero.  In fact, Martinez was alleged to have turned government informant. Also, he was a notorious drug lord.

In the film “Paid In Full” rapper Camron, actors Mekhi Phifer and Wood Harris portrayed drug life in New York.  At the time, many of us were watching gangsta films.

So, when “Paid In Full” was released we watched in anticipation. We were able to take a close look at the lifestyle of drug dealers, as reported by The New York Post.

Of course, the film had great success at the box office.

Having said this, the news of Martinez’s alleged killer was announced. Not only…but also, we found out he was already in prison.

Shakeem Parker is currently serving time at Ryker’s prison in New York. He is now being charged with the murder of Martinez, as reported by The Source.
