The 65 charges are against the alleged YSL (Young Slime Life) gang and were confirmed during jury selection.
The trial began on January 4th.
The 65-count indictment was handed down in May last year and includes 28 defendants.
However, the original defendant count is now down to 14 people.
Several co-defendants took plea deals, including Gunna.
He was released last month, after pleading to one count of racketeering.
Young Thug is facing an uphill battle after the plea deals, as one of his former co-founders of the crew made a revelation in court.
Antonio “Mounk Tounk” Sledge stated that one or more YSL members were behind the murder of Donovan Thomas in 2015.
Additionally, he said that he and other YSL associates were paid by YT to “lay low” after the killing.
The case is expected to go at least nine months and could be as long as a year.
