On the Uncensored Truth Podcast host O’God and Sam Ant did a follow up on Charlamagne alleged victim speaking with Star in an interview, recently. Apparently, Jessica Reid the alleged victim has come forward after all these years to say that she was indeed raped by Charlamagne. However, upon further investigation by host O’God and Sam Ant were able to obtain the actual court documents in the case.

Troi Torian aka Star was hit with legal papers from Charlemagne Tha God. Also, the video of the interview Star did with alleged victim Reid was taken down. Star tried to say he was not trying to start trouble with Charlamagne nor did he have a vendetta with DJ Envy the other host of “The Breakfast Club” but he was just giving Reid the opportunity to tell her side of the story.

As Sam Ant pointed out earlier there were some wholes in Reid’s story. O’God read some of the actual court documents of the case against Lenard McKelvey aka Charlemagne Tha God. Some of what O’God read sheds more light on what Charlemagne was actually charged with. On the Blast website you can see the actual court documents they obtained.

McKelvey/Charlemagne was indicted for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The State of South Carolina, County of Berkeley issued the warrant for McKelvey’s arrest. Here is some of what was stated on the indictment ( Lenard L. McKelvey did in Berkeley County between the 8th day of June, 2001 and the 9th day of June, 2001, knowingly and willfully encourage aide or cause to do acts which were intended to cause or influence Jessica Nicole Reid to deport herself in a manner so as to willfully injure or endanger her morals or health.

McKelvey was given the charge of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the 2nd degree. If you read the full report of the officers you can see the testimony of each of the girls involved in the incident. The other alleged victim was Malika Joyner. Both Joyner and Reid were at the party together. Their account of the events that happened that day are all posted in the court documents. This story keeps getting messier by the minute.

The tragic thing of course, is that it is clear that something really horrific happened. Once again, we have to be clear about not rushing to judgement. Like O’God and Sam Ant pointed out in court cases such as this one people are charged with a certain crime but you later find out that the person charged did not do the actual crime. It appears that Charlemagne may have taken the fall for the other young men at the party. Again, you have to remember that Charlemagne did not serve any jail time. Just something to ponder!
