True Thompson’s Used Clothes Being Sold Overpriced By Her Celebrity Mother

True Thompson’s Used Clothes Being Sold Overpriced By Her Celebrity Mother

Perhaps the most unfortunate of all Kardashian cousins is the three-year-old True Thompson. The adorable biracial child sports a skin color closer to her father’s than that of her mother. Although only a baby, social media users weighed in on her skin color for years pitying Khloe for not having a lighter child.

Khloe, caving to troll pressure, has posted several doctored pictures online of True. These photos of True have her appearing with skin color lightened several shades. Khloe appears to be a doting mother who accepts her baby as she is. However, mothers will stop at nothing to keep their children from being derided at any cost and this just seems to be the route Khloe found best to protect her only child.

True Thompson’s Clothing Added to the Kardashian Kloset

If that is not enough, unfortunately, the Kardashian cousin also has a father who cannot seem to stay out of the headlines for cheating on her mother and impregnating other women. True Thompson is a 3-year-old toddler. At some point, she will come to know who her half-sibling is and all of the humiliating drama that comes along with it. We wish her the best as she grows into the lovely young lady we know she has the most potential to be.

While the Kardashian’s appear to be loving doting mothers, not many would put them in the category of “good mothers” as far as their values and being a role model is concerned. True’s mother Khloe Kardashian was dragged from one side of Twitter to the other after she revealed to the public that she would be re-selling daughter True Thompson’s old, used clothing.

Khloe Kardashian Took to Twitter Thinking This Was a Great Idea.

She revealed listing several pieces from True’s wardrobe on a website called Kardashian Kloset. This is the family’s reseller website.

The Good American denim jeans company owner added dozens of pieces to the website. T-shirts, dresses, and even swimwear -which no one really resales due to the tender nature of the garments.

Some of the more expensive clothing items included designer shoes like a pair of Gucci tennis shoes for $250, a Balmain skirt for $247,50, a Ralph Lauren jacket for $150, and an Oscar De La Renta dress for $395. Who does all of this for baby clothes? Is she expecting another celebrity to purchase them? Where are the normal people in the middle of a pandemic who can afford to burn this kind of money on a child that is growing like a weed?

Khloe Kardashian’s Rude Awakening

On the lower more sensible end, Khloe included leggings and accessories for as little as $20. Thanks, Khloe. Very generous and kind of you. Social media users wasted no time letting the Kardashian know just how they felt about selling these baby clothes at prices bigger than their car payments.

“Why in the world are you selling these? Covid-19 produced a lot of needy families. Find one..or two…or three”

“Who would pay that much for children’s clothing let alone used. Who gives a damn about brand names. So disgusted when these clothes could be donated to people in need”

“I don’t understand reselling the clothes when you clearly don’t need the money and someone else in need could use them”

“We recycle our babies clothes and give to the next mother. We take great care of them. They be free pass down. They might not be the designer clothes you buy and maybe not on your level of Chanel. But it’s better to give”

Khloe Kardashian Actions Perceived as Tone Deaf Among Everyday Mothers

The general consensus among mothers was that it was better to give these as free hand-me-downs to a mother in need rather than to sell them for the price of a small home. Khloe demonstrated that she does not know her fanbase. These are not men and women like her who have money to burn. These are everyday people. Were her actions tone deaf? What do you think?
