Philly Rapper Freeway Needs Immediate Kidney Transplant!
Former Roc-A-Fella Records and current Roc Nation signee Rapper Freeway was diagnosed with kidney failure in 2015. Freeway posted on his twitter letting his fans know his current medical status. He needs a kidney transplant immediately is what he was told by his doctors.
The Philly Rapper who was born Edward Pridgen was at John Hopkins Hospital when he took pictures with his doctors and posted them so his fans could see on social media.
Philly rapper Freeway is known for being one of Philadelphia’s favorite Native Sons in the Rap Game.
Freeway is famous for his lyrics on , “Roc Da Mic” with Beanie Sigel. Also, Freeway put down tracks with Jay-Z on the hit song, “What We Do”, and “Flip Side”, was another joint he did we Peedi Crakk .” Recently, Freeway was collaborating with Beanie Sigel, and DMX on a new track so it appears that he will still continue to rap.
Freeway did not discuss what caused him to have kidney disease. However, he has been very vocal about the progression of his kidney failure. Because of his popularity he was asked to be the official ambassador of the National Kidney Foundation. Get well soon brother!!!!
