Kevin Hart Sues YouTuber Tasha K For Extortion. Comedian and actor Kevin Hart has filed a lawsuit against YouTuber Tasha K, accusing her of extortion. The legal action comes after Tasha K released a series of videos making scandalous claims about Hart’s personal life. This high-profile lawsuit has grabbed the attention of fans and media alike, as the two prominent figures find themselves entangled in a legal battle.

Kevin Hart Sues YouTuber Tasha K For Extortion.

According to People Mag, Hart allegedly sued his former assistants, Miesha Shakes and Tasha Kebe.

Hart filed A complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 22nd.

In the lawsuit, Hart claims Shakes allegedly violated an NDA agreement ( public disclosure of private facts).

And, Shakes interviewed Kebe, aka Tasha K, discussing alleged private matters concerning him.

Tasha K allegedly contacted one of Hart’s representatives in return, threatening to reveal private info.

Tasha K allegedly asked for $250K to keep hush about Hart’s alleged affair with Shakes.

But it is all allegedly blowing up in Tasha K’s face because Hart is suing.

It is not the first time the popular YouTuber has been allegedly sued by a celebrity ( Cardi B).

Incidentally, Cardi B won her defamation lawsuit and was awarded almost $4 million from Tasha K.

Isn’t it ironic that Tasha K has not learned to allegedly check her facts thoroughly?

Or at least check with her attorney before disclosing private things from celebrities.

Hart does not have his name going for Tasha K, allegedly defaming his name and character.
