DJ Khaled is the latest Hip Hop legend to get a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. And he has Hip Hop royalty on hand to witness the event.

DJ Khaled gets the honors of having a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
In addition to his family members, those in attendance at the unveiling include a host of his supporters and collaborators.
Shawn “Jay Z” Carter and Sean “Diddy” Combs were on hand, as well as Fat Joe!
Also on hand were Teyana Taylor, Jeezy, N.O.R.E., L.A. Reid, and many others in the record industry.
And Fat Joe introduced Khaled and talked about how they first met and became lifelong friends.
“When I met him, he made me move out of New York to Miami. Just to be close to him … that energy was so infectious. When I think of Khaled, I think of love. That’s the only reason why you see the heavyweights here like you see them.”
“In hip-hop, for a long time, we haven’t really embraced fatherhood. Nobody has done it like Khaled. And music-wise, there’s nobody with a greater ear.” – Fat Joe
While Jay Z and Diddy had front-row seats, Diddy also spoke highly of the star, saying –
“You are the definition of, if you wanna make something happen, you gotta put in that work and make it happen. I’ve seen you from when we didn’t have nothing, from when we were just coming out from the mud.”
…”You’re a pioneer; you’re an icon and a brilliant businessman. But most importantly, you’re a great friend to all of us here — a great father, a great husband, and one of the greatest people I’ve ever met. Your energy and your work ethic is unmatched, we celebrate you for everything.”
Since the start of his career in 1996, DJ Khaled has worked with numerous stars.

Though the city was shut down to traffic during the event, the 6200 block of Hollywood Blvd. was crowded with onlookers in support of DJ Khaled.
DJ Khaled Gets Emotional When He Takes The Podium
And he didn’t disappoint, as the 46-year old record executive and songwriter grew emotional upon taking the podium
Not only did he give a shoutout to Motown, his Roc Nation management team, and his label.
But he also gave himself a shoutout, saying –
“God put me on this earth to be a light…they didn’t believe in us, but God did.”
“There’s only one Khaled, that’s all I gotta say.”
“We the best — it’s not just me it’s we.”
Before exiting, DJ Khaled had to add a little bit more, saying –
“And I just want to make it super clear: We are just getting started, anything you’ve seen me do before, just imagine that to the most trillionth power ever cause I’m not stopping, I’m making more music.”
Lovingly looking on, and later taking photos with him were his wife, Nicole Tuck, and their 2 sons, 5-year old Asahd Tuck and Aalam Tuck, 2.
