Antonio Brown Congratulates Retiring QB Ben Roethlisberger!!!

It was appropriate for the seven-time Pro Bowler to congratulate his teammate. Especially, since both have worked together for nine years. The two NFL players were one of the most dangerous opponents in the sport.

Ben And Antonio Were A Dynamic Duo

I suppose we could look at Brown’s current situation. The fact, he abruptly walked off the field during a game on January 2, 2022. But I would rather focus on Brown mentioning his friend retiring quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

Other NFL players sent out congratulatory messages on QB Roethlisberger’s retirement. Roethlisberger has played in the NFL for 18 seasons. During his illustrious career in football, Roethlisberger finished with 64,085 passing yards, 418 touchdowns, and 211 interceptions, as reported by Sports Casting.

Having said this, Brown shared this about Roethlisberger, ” Best tandem in the NFL. “Congrats Legend.”

Brown and Roethlisberger were on the same NFL team (Pittsburg Steelers). The pair were almost unbeatable. Both men complement one another on the field. And, it appears they both have great admiration for each other, as well.

Despite what happened with Brown and Roethlisberger in the past, it was great for him to honor Roethlisberger. Not to mention, Brown is one of the greatest wide receivers in Pittsburgh Steeler history. And, Roethlisberger was one of the NFL’s greatest QB’s.

Also, Brown was instrumental in Tampa Bay winning the Superbowl in 2020. So, instead of belittling Brown, we choose to celebrate his contribution to the NFL.

As you can see, Brown did the honorable thing. He paid tribute to a legend.  We follow Brown’s lead, by saying Congratulations QB Ben Roethlisberger. Enjoy your retirement.
