It seems the legal troubles for Kanye West just keep adding up. His brand, Yeezy, is facing a fresh legal headache. This comes after a web design company filed a six-figure lawsuit. The lawsuit claims the fashion mogul completely “ran away” from his financial obligations.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, a web design firm named Ryanso, LLC, filed the lawsuit. Now, Kanye is facing a breach-of-contract claim over his Yeezy brand.

The Details of the Dispute

The conflict reportedly stems from an agreement made early last year:

• The Timeline: Ryanso, LLC claims it entered into a formal contract with Yeezy in January 2025 to provide comprehensive web design services.

• The Work: The firm states it successfully completed the design project by October 2025 and subsequently issued an invoice for the agreed-upon amount of $150,000.

• The Ghosting: Despite sending a formal written demand in March warning of impending legal action, Ryanso alleges that West’s company failed to pay up, forcing them to take the matter to court two months later.

Ryanso, LLC is now seeking the full $150,000 in unpaid fees. Along with compensation for its accumulated attorney fees and additional legal expenses.

A History of Payment Battles

This isn’t the first time.  Ye’s brand has been accused of leaving independent contractors and vendors holding the bag. Over the years, the Yeezy empire has faced numerous complaints of “theft of services” or unpaid compensation.

As noted on Ground News, the brand has previously faced multi-million-dollar legal battles with tech companies. Not to mention fabric suppliers and former employees over alleged labor violations and unpaid wages.
