She is getting the Rising Star Award.

Doechii – real name Jaylah Ji’mya Hickmon – is signed to Top Dawg Entertainment and Capital Records as of 2022.
Through her label, she released her sophomore EP She/Her/Black Bitch.
The project leads to an MTV Video Music Award nomination for Push Performance Of The Year.
Additionally, she earns nominations at the Soul Train Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, and MTV Europe Music Awards.
The highly successful remix of her song ‘Persuasive‘ with SZA is a fan favorite.
