Nick Cannon Announces 8th Child: It’s A Boy!
Nick Cannon announced Monday that he and model Bre Tiesi are expecting a son together. Parts of the internet are dragging him because this is his fifth baby in two years. Meaning, the mogul gets around.
This will be his eighth child. We here at Hip Hop Uncensored couldn’t be happier for the father who loves and provides for each of his children.
“As everyone knows I have a lot of children and I love them all dearly, sincerely,” said Cannon. “Every single one of my children is just as special as the other.”

Thanks to photos published by Nick Cannon himself, we have seen the loving pair together embracing; cradling her baby bump at the gender reveal party. It’s a boy!
Controversy has set in because Tiesi is recently divorced from NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel. Cannon and Tiesi were pictured together on the red carpet before the divorce. Also, she’s been on his show Wild ‘N Out. Some are accusing him of using his show as a platform to meet more women.
In December Nick Cannon mourned the loss of his youngest son Zen. Zen passed away at only five months old. Succumbing to a battle with brain cancer.
Nick Cannon: Loses A Son, Conceives Another
Nick Cannon was aware of the model’s pregnancy before announcing it. He wanted to observe the etiquette of delaying good news after sharing bad news. He took some time after the death of his son to announce the conception of another.
People have called him reckless and careless for impregnating so many women. He has been reported as having the position that it is no one’s business so long as he takes care of all of his children and is involved in all of their lives. Indeed, he is.
Nick Cannon Responds to Backlash
“It definitely affects me because I’m a human being,” he said regarding the scathing feedback he received about having impregnated multiple women. Some say Nick Cannon is a “hotep” who believes in polygamy and will never remarry legally because it no longer suits his views on romantic relationships.

Nick Cannon made headlines last year. The father welcomed four children in 14 months. Nick Cannon has seven children with four mothers, including 10-year-old twins Morocco and Monroe that he shares with his ex-wife, megastar Mariah Carey. Some say his actions are an affront to her legacy.
“I come from a big family.
I have several siblings. Being raised in an unorthodox family by my grandparents at times, I’ve experienced such a wide range of upbringing that I have such a love and passion for kids and family. I want a big family too,” he said. “The Lord has blessed me with what I asked for. Ask and you shall receive. ”
Cannon’s therapist recommended celibacy to him. Cannon has clearly ignored the directive. He is intentional about having several children by specific women.
