In the visual, the therapist is none other than Oscar-award-winning actress Helen Mirren.

Released today, the piano therapy session comes from his Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers project.

Lamar, along with pgLang cofounder Dave Free, directed the video.

First, it starts with a skit about the 35-year-old rapper/singer/songwriter/producer/filmmaker.

After conversing about taking a woman’s parking spot, the rapper shares his innermost thoughts in a three-way split screen.

Sharing the screen is Lamar on one side, Mirren on the other side, and the center shows scenes that he is describing.

Some scenes show his partner, Whitney Alford.

Released in May, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers debuted at the top spot on Billboard’s 200 charts.

295,500 equivalent album units were earned for the week ending May 19.

Grammy nominations for Album Of The Year, as well as Best Rap Album, and more followed.

Additionally, Lamar gained four nominations in the category of Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year for The Heart Part 5.

He’s having a good year.
