Drill Rappers Can’t Preform At Rolling Loud

Drill Rappers Can’t Perform At Rolling Loud. The NYPD is not allowing them to do so. This event will host many prominent rappers.

Why Did NYPD Shut Down Some Drill Rappers?

Drill Rappers Can’t Perform At Rolling Loud. This new breed of rappers is very popular. However, NYPD thinks Drill Rapper’s performance may cause violence. For this reason, they will not be performing.

The NYPD gave Rolling Loud promotor Tariq Cherif a list. On this list was Brooklyn’s 22Gz, Bronx’s Sha Ek, and Ron Suno. Also, it was not the first time 22Gz name was on the list.

In fact, 22Gz name was on a list from 2019.  And, on that same list was slain rapper Pop Smoke. Having said this, Cherif decided to comply with NYPD’s request. Here is what he Tweeted,

As you can see, Cherif did his best to include Drill Rappers. But it was to no avail. Ultimately. Cherif decided it was in the best interest of the Festival.

Entertainers who will be appearing at the NY Rolling Loud concert are as follows:

  • Nicki Minaj
  • Future
  • A$AP Rocky
  • Lil Uzi Vert
  • Lil T Jay
  • DaBaby
  • Moneybagg Yo
  • Yung Lean
  • Chief Keef
  • Fivio Foreign
  • Busta Rhymes
  • Pusha T
  • Kevin Gates
  • Soulja Boy
  • Fat Joe
  • Benny The Butcher

And, many more hip-hop artists. But the Drill Rappers I mentioned above will not perform. This is probably disappointing for fans of Drill Rap.
