Trey Songz Surrenders To Police After Assault Allegations

Trey Songz surrenders to the NYPD.

Last month, the 38-year-old embattled singer/rapper/songwriter/actor found himself facing claims of assaulting a woman.

The incident allegedly went down at a New York bowling alley.

The unidentified female says she was attacked by the “Slow Motion” singer in late October.

Filed as a Jane Doe case, she went on to allege that he repeatedly punched her in her face.

She even makes allegations that he dragged her by her hair, causing her to seek medical attention at a hospital for minor, but visible injuries.

According to multiple outlets, Songz has now turned himself into the authorities.

However, TMZ reports that turning himself in, it is not an admission of guilt.

Additionally, the singer’s attorney, Mitch Schuster, made this statement –

“We have been proactively communicating with NY law enforcement, the DA, and all those involved. While we will respectfully and proactively work through all the appropriate channels we are confident that Trey will be fully cleared of any wrongdoing…”

After being booked and given a date to appear, Songz – real name Tremaine Aldon Neverson – was released from custody.

Unfortunately, this is not the only issue the rapper is facing, because another potential victim is on the horizon.

An unidentified male is making allegations that Songz also struck him in the eye, though he refused medical treatment.

Actually, there are multiple cases involving violent behavior from Trey Songz.

As a result, 50 Cent is banning him from future events.

This development comes to light as the second annual Tycoon Houston Weekend was held in August.

And let’s not forget the multiple women who are accusing him of rape and other sexually charged, violent behavior.
