Ralo Convicted, Gets 7 Years In Prison
Ralo is sentenced after his federal marijuana trafficking case.
According to an affidavit filed by the U.S. Attorney in 2018, the Atlanta Georgia rapper allegedly was the leader of a street gang called “Famerica”.
And the gang is known to have smuggled almost $2 million worth of weed from California to Georgia.
Eventually, Ralo took a plea deal.
Since his arrest in 2018, the 1017 artist (real name Terrell Davis) has been holed up in a jail in DeKalb County.
Now that the sentencing phase is over, Ralo learns his fate…7 years in prison.
However, that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
All because after his time served is factored in, along with his good time credit, Ralo could actually be out by next year.
His good time credit could be up to a year and a half.
In fact, the rapper’s reps are counting on him being home in less than a year, if certain requirements are met.
As verified from his official Instagram account, here’s what was posted –
“He was recommended 1 year ankle monitor after the halfway house approve his home address; which will bring him home to us late next year, but our goal is for him to complete his GED or RDAP Drug program so we can get another year off his sentence. That will bring him home to us in less than a year. We need prayer.”
