Nicki Minaj Shaking Up The Snack Industry

Nicki Minaj has just set her sights on her next business deal, rap snacks.

The black-owned, hip-hop-inspired snack brand has tapped the icon for its next flavor, Barbie-Que.

Aside from her music, looks like the 39-year-old icon is seriously expanding her business side.

Not only has she just signed her first artist, Tate Kobang to her record label but now this.

Minaj is the latest hip hop star to join the product, as other artists are in the lineup, including –

  • Cardi B
  • Migos
  • Boosie
  • Romeo Miller
  • Fabolous
  • Rick Ross
  • Lil Baby
  • and more

In an effort to reach new heights, Rap Snacks are eager to work with Nicki.

As the Grammy award-winning artist 10 times over, with 23 platinum-certified singles to boot, fans are sure to grab up these snacks in droves.

According to People, Rap Snacks CEO James Linsay had this to say in a press release –

“Nicki Minaj is unquestionably one of the most disruptive forces in the history of rap. You’re talking about a woman who rewrote the rules of hip hop culture and happens to be a phenomenal entrepreneur, as well. It just makes sense that as a brand disrupting the snack industry, we align to push the bar even further. This is the beginning of a legendary partnership.”

Already the new chip has a fantastic name, The Barbie-Que Honey Truffle Potato Chips.

Even though there is no formal announcement yet, these chips will be available online, at Walmart, and at Sam’s club.
