Megan Thee Stallion Sued for Alleged Workplace Harassment

Megan Thee Stallion Faces Lawsuit Over Harassment Of Cameraman.

Emilio Garcia, Megan Pete’s former cameraman, claims she sexually harassed him. She also allegedly created a hostile work environment. According to USA Today, he also claims Megan weight-shamed him.

The former employee claims that Megan engaged in harassing behavior, including inappropriate comments. Emilio alleged he was treated badly while employed by her from 2018 to 2023.

In addition, Emilio claims he was wrongfully terminated after speaking out against it.

Lawsuit Claims Singer Created Hostile Work Environment

According to the lawsuit, Megan’s actions created a toxic work environment. She allegedly made it difficult for Emilio to work. The Hollywood Reporter reports Emilio claimed he witnessed Megan having sex with another woman.

They were in an SUV when the alleged incident took place. To make matters worse, Emilio claims Megan told him never to mention it.

Therefore, Emilio has filed a complaint in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Megan and her company, Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring, LLC, and Roc Nation are named in the lawsuit.

Legal Battle Unfolds Over Allegations Against Megan Thee Stallion

Both parties prepare to present their evidence and arguments as the legal battle unfolds. Megan’s lawyer stated to USA Today that the lawsuit is,

“an employment claim for money − with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.”

It appears Megan is denying Emilio’s allegations, but Emilio’s allegations are very detailed. Therefore, Megan may be liable for compensating Emilio.

Only time will tell what the outcome will be. Each will get their day in court.

In the meantime, this case is a cautionary tale about the potential consequences of failing to address workplace harassment and discrimination.
