Meanwhile, Dreka claims he flaunted his wealth, causing hardship. Court documents claim their Mississippi farm is in foreclosure.
And, allegedly, they owe the IRS $7 million. Additionally, Dreka is asking for primary custody of their children. At the same time, Dreka is asking for around 28k in child support.

Kevin Jerome Gilyard was allegedly in the late 2021. So, it appears their relationship has ended. Hot 97 reports that Dreka stopped receiving support for basic expenses.
As we mentioned, tuition for their children and taxes have not been paid. According to Kevin Gates, he alleges he was never married to Dreka.
However, Dreka claims they were married in October 2015. She argues that, before their marriage, they were in a long-term relationship.
