Kanye West May Be Facing Charges In L.A.

Kanye West (who now goes by the name Ye) is being investigated by the LAPD for criminal battery.

Apparently, Ye had some issues around 3 a.m. Thursday morning in Los Angeles near the Soho Warehouse.

According to reports, a verbal altercation turned physical.

As reported by TMZ, Kanye is accused of pushing someone, which is a misdemeanor.

If convicted of the charge, it faces up to 6 months behind bars.

FOX 11, who initially broke the story says that a fan was seeking an autograph when punched by the Hip Hop mogul.

TMZ reports that West was seen earlier in the night partying at Delilah in West Hollywood with his present flame, Julia Fox.

For some reason, Ye left the club and drove off alone, while his girlfriend remained at the club.
