During the hearing, his attorney, Joe Tacopina, pleaded not guilty for ASAP.

An incident that occurred in 2021 has ASAP facing two counts of assault with a semi-automatic weapon.

He was accused of allegedly shooting his former friend ASAP Relli.

Rocky vehemently denies shooting Terel Ephron, aka ASAP Relli;

After the preliminary hearing, the court date was set for March 6, 2024.

His legal team is preparing to present enough evidence to acquit Rocky.


Facing the possibility of a lengthy prison sentence, Rocky is determined to clear his name and protect his reputation.

The charges against him allege that Rocky may not stick, especially since the unclear incident footage.

In other words, the man seen in the video could not be identified as A$AP Rocky.

And his attorney, Joe Tacopina, has a chance to clear A$AP Rocky’s name.

Since Tacopina alleges ASAP, Relli was trying to extort money from his former friend.
