Future ‘Love You Better’ Referring To Ciara?

Future just dropped the music video for Love You Better. Fans are praising the artist as one of the best to pick up a mic.

Future’s ‘Love You Better’ Explores Feelings After Breakup

Future releases his official music video for the song, Love You Better.

And it’s the latest video from his 9th studio album, ‘I Never Liked You‘.

Showing his vulnerable side, this cut explores the feelings you have after a breakup.

Of course, some will see the references seeming to refer to his break-up with his ex, Ciara.

He even includes a large billboard of a football player (shading her hubby Russell Wilson perhaps?).

I mean, come on bruh, let it go!

You can see the video below, but first, check out the lyrics

[Intro]
Could this thing be more?
You can never— this could be yours
If it’s really meant to— baby, baby
‘Cause I’m interested, baby, baby

[Chorus]
You tellin’ me you fallin’ out of love with me
Hope you can find someone to love you better than I did

[Verse]
Takin’ our memories on love and treatin’ it like nothin’
Takin’ our memories on love and treatin’ it like gossip
It’s my love from my grandmother makes me gentle when I care for you
Tell me you fallin’ out of love, it’s breakin’ my heart in two
I just don’t wanna sit and pray, baby
Almost like it didn’t happen to make you happy

[Chorus]
You tellin’ me you fallin’ out of love with me
Hope you can find someone to love you better than I did
You tellin’ me you fallin’ out of love with me (You tellin’ me you fallin’ out of love with me)
Hope you can find someone to love you better than I did (Hope you can find someone to love you better than I did)

[Outro]
Could this thing be more?
You tellin’ me you fallin’ out of love with me
It’s my love from my grandmother make me gentle when I care for you (Hope you can find someone to love you better than I did)
If it’s really meant to— baby, baby
‘Cause I’m interested, baby, baby

Now watch Future’s Love You Better video now –

Hardly worth spending so much time on, Future is doing pretty well without the references to his ex.

I Never Liked You landed at the top of Billboard’s 200 charts upon its release.

You can see he’s plenty busy lately, even hitting the stage at the Rolling Loud festival.

Additionally, you can see the singer appearing with Megan Thee Stallion on her single, Pressurelicious.

That cut drops this Friday.
