The legendary artist has launched G-Unit Studios in the heart of Louisiana, marking a significant milestone in his already illustrious career. There was a press conference. Shreveport’s Mayor declared April 18 Curtis Jackson Day. In addition, the Mayor gave 50 Cent the keys to the city.

Afterward, 50 Cent said,

“Ladies, gentlemen, Mayor Tom Arceneaux and the wonderful people of Shreveport, it is an honor for me to stand before you here today. As someone who’s always believed in the transformative power of music, film and television, I’m really excited to show you the expansion of film and television through G-Unit Studio right here in Shreveport,”

G-Unit Studios Set to Make Waves In The Entertainment Industry

Curtis’ 50 Cent’ Jackson leased the former Millennium Studio from Shreveport. He agreed to manage the building and provide maintenance.

In return, he received a 30-year lease with the option to renew for another 15 years.

An exclusive with Billboard, 50 Cent shared,

We are all familiar with 50 Cent’s popularity among fans. Therefore, expanding his G-Unit studios would benefit everyone in the area.
