Charlamagne Tha God Charging Documents and Plea Agreement

If you haven’t been under a rock in the past three or four days, then you know what’s been going on with Charlamagne Tha God. There was an allegation of rape. However, for those of us who can read, we happen to make it to page four or five of this document, you’ll see that Mr.Lenard McKelvey, of Moncks Corner, SC signed a plea agreement to Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. That’s what usually happens when you buy a bunch of high school kids liquor or cigarettes. Which is essentially what Charlamagne Tha God did. Provided a 15 y/o liquor. Nuff said.
