Lil Durk Was Injured At His Performance. Chicago hosts the famous Lollapalooza concert. During his performance at Lollapalooza, an explosion occurred.
And, over the weekend Lil Durk was performing. Unfortunately, Lil Durk was hit in the face by pyrotechnics. Apparently, the pyrotechnics exploded.
When Lil Durk continued his set, fans thought he was fine. However, Lil Durk suffered severe injuries. At this point, we are not sure he will return to rapping.
Also, Lil placed Durk photos of his eye injury on Instagram as reported by All Hip Hop. Afterward, Lil Durk is saying he needs a break from performing.

I can understand why he would step back. Certainly, his injury was a big scar for him. Additionally, he admitted he has been working non-stop for a while. What really stands out for me, Lil Durk kept performing.
That is real showmanship. Anyone else would have exited the stage. But he wanted his fans to have a good show. After all, they paid to see him perform. Cuddles to you, Lil Durk.
