T.I. Calls VH1 Disloyal
T.I. Calls VH1 Disloyal. Tip ‘T.I.’ Harris allowed cameras to follow his family around for several seasons of The Family Hustle. Now, he’s calling VH1 disloyal.
The Harris Family Hustle
T.I. Calls VH1 Disloyal. Ever since 2011, we’ve watched the Harris family on VH1.
From run ins with the law, to T.I. becoming more of an activist. The cameras show the good the bad and the ugly.
Speaking of the ugly, T.I. and his wife Tameka can’t seem to catch a break. At one point they were in deep with gun charges.
In recent events, multiple women came forth with sexual allegations against the Atlanta couple. As well as, a former friend claiming TIP drew a gun on her.
Unfortunately, the allegations alone are enough to put a stop to their business ventures.
For example, in 2021 VH1 got wind of the alleged incidents and canned the show.
Subsequently, they released this statement:
“We are aware of the allegations, and while they are not connected to our show, we have reached out to T.I. and Tameka Harris, as well as local and state officials. Given the serious nature of the allegations, we have decided to suspend production in order to gather more information.”
VH1 Gets Called Out For Being Disloyal
Furthermore, T.I. lost his popular podcast ExpediTIously as a result.
Well, now he’s speaking up. The 24’s rapper took to Instagram to get things off his chest. In true Tip Harris fashion, he hit VH1 with the @ so they know it’s real.
“@vh1 13 years no loyalty. No Integrity. Just jumped to conclusions. False accusations, No apology. No accountability, No closure. In the name of protecting women…while unfairly, without due process….Subsequently punishing Women??? No problem.”
Apparently, the Viacom company left him with unanswered questions.
Clearly, he feels everyone involved was disrespected and unprotected to say the least.
Unsurprisingly, VH1 nor Viacom have responded. Do you think they should handle the situation differently? Will the show ever return?
