The weekend of the 94th Academy Awards was full of events. Including, Travis rocking the mic at a private party.
Scott hadn’t made much traction since the Astroworld incident. That changed a few days ago.
During an Oscars weekend event, he performed Sicko Mode. Also, he hopped on the ones and twos to DJ.
The Houston native recently welcomed a second child with Kylie Jenner. Fans suspect there’s a new album in the works.
According to a TMZ exclusive, Scott hadn’t hit the stage since Astroworld. In November 2021, Travis’ festival ended in a travesty. Undoubtedly, it looks like he’s in better spirits.
Travis As A Performer Remembering Astroworld
Of course, Travis typically performs at a raging, highly energetic level. With a crowd of over 30,000 people, Scott performed in his normal fashion.
During the annual Astroword Festival, a crowd surge occurred. The rush resulted in ten people losing their lives. On top of that, more than three hundred people sustained injuries.
As a result, he took a break from performing. He and his family extended condolences and unlimited support to the victims’ families. The incident resulted in countless lawsuits.
In an interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Travis shares his feelings about the tragedy. He explains he wasn’t aware of exactly what happened.
“It wasn’t really until like minutes until the press conference until I figured out exactly what happened,” Scott said. “Even after the show, you’re just kind of hearing things, but I didn’t know the exact details.
Additionally, Travis Scott shared an Instagram post describing his Project Heal organization. It is a staple of his Cactus Jack Foundation.
