Lil Durk In Police Custody For Shooting Incident!!!
Lil Durk in police custody for a shooting incident. And, authorities are charging him with illegal possession of a firearm. Durk Banks aka Lil Durk turned himself in at the Fulton County Jail on yesterday.
Durk faces 5 felony charges
Lil Durk is being charged with criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm of a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime, according to TMZ. The news first broke when Durk let his Instagram followers know he was turning himself into authorities. Details of the shooting are still a little sketchy. However, allegedly, a man was shot outside of The Variety restaurant on February 5 in Atlanta. Police have witnesses who say that the victim was in a dispute with another black male before the shooting. Although, sources did not identify Lil Durk as the shooter.
