Wendy Williams is in a battle with Wells Fargo bank. Wells Fargo is claiming Williams is “incapacitated.” And, she does not agree. For this reason, Williams is fighting back.

Why is Wendy Williams in a battle with Wells Fargo Bank? Isn’t it Williams money? Is someone exploiting her sickness to gain access to her account? These are the questions we want to be answered.

Especially, because Williams has been away from the spotlight. Also, Williams has been said to be very sick. Or at least that is what we were told, previously.

However, after Wells Fargo put an alleged hold on William’s account, she has surfaced. Williams alleges that Wells Fargo has denied her access online and otherwise to her money, as reported by Newsweek.

As a result, Williams has filed a lawsuit against the bank. In general, when something like this happens the family is given “Power of Attorney.” That is if Williams is not able to handle her own financial affairs.

In this case, Kevin Hunter Jr., William’s son would take over her finances. Furthermore, we have not seen any reports from doctors suggesting Williams is “incapacitated.”

Certainly, if doctors thought she was not capable it would be public knowledge. Don’t you think?

Wendy Williams SPEAKS OUT Amid Reports About Her Mental Wellbeing

Be that as it may, Williams is fighting back. Her attorney, LaShawn Thomas has issued a statement obtained by BET. Thomas reports that Williams is in good mental health.

Therefore, it appears to be Wells Fargo’s word against Williams. I for one think something is really wrong with the entire situation.

In my opinion, there appears to be some knowledge we are not being told about. With that being said, I am curious to see how this will end for Williams.
