The actor recently filed the $260 million lawsuit. News of the alleged allegations has gone viral. Details of these suspected allegations claim that Tyler invited Derek to his Atlanta home.
And, Derek accepted the invitation. While at Tyler’s home, Derek claims he drank too much and ended up staying the night, as reported by The New York Post.
A lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles, on June 13.

Some of the allegations include Derek claiming that he received text messages from Tyler. Documents and text messages were made public on social media, as stated by Atlanta New First.
Although the text messages have not been verified, they are indeed Tyler’s, and the news is bad. For many years, we have enjoyed Tyler’s movies and TV productions.
