Tyler Perry’s Never Seen Again Doc Explores Man Who Disappears After Entering Cop’s Car

Tyler Perry is back with a new story to tell in Never Seen Again.

But this time, the story is true.

Paramount+ is bringing the new docuseries, Never Seen Again to its streaming platform.

And Tyler Perry serves as the Executive Producer of the first 2 episodes.

According to Vibe, the series interviews multiple family members whose loves ones went missing.

As detailed in a press release, Tyler tells the story of a 27-year-old black man by the name of Terrance Williams.

Back in 2004, Williams vanished in Naples, Florida after getting into a Collier County sheriff’s patrol car.

After first denying ever having met the young man, he later changed his story, saying Williams had car trouble and he simply gave him a ride to a gas station.

However, after a second man, a young Mexican immigrant named Felipe Santos also disappeared after getting into the same officer’s car, something far more sinister appeared to be going on.

Perry Was Shocked And Outraged Upon Hearing This Story, And He Had To Get Involved

Upon hearing the story, Tyler Perry says that he was “shocked and outraged” and that he had to get involved.

Adding to his statement, Perry said –

“They’re both disappearing with the same deputy after being put in the same deputy’s car. If this is a coincidence, then he is the most unlucky man in the world. That this could actually be something that happened to him twice. I just don’t see how that is possible. And I think that anybody in law enforcement can look at this and go, ‘What happened to them’?

Additionally, Perry reaches out to viewers with a heartfelt message –

“I just wish people would take a moment and just imagine somebody you love disappears…just ripped away from you with no answers.”

Produced by Efran Films Canada for See It Now Studios, the first two episodes of Never See Again are available for viewers free right now, until May 10th on the CBS news app.

And you can see the entire Never Seen Again series on the Paramount+ streaming platform starting on Tuesday, May 10th.

This true-crime series asks viewers to get involved, by posing this question –

“Someone out there knows something…is it you?”
