According to NBC News, Sean”Diddy” Combs’ jury shared,

• The jury found Combs was only guilty of the Mann Act transportation of former girlfriends, Cassie Ventura and “Jane.” He was found not guilty of running a criminal enterprise and two counts of sex trafficking.

• Yesterday, the jury informed the judge that it had reached a verdict on four counts against Combs but was unable to decide on the racketeering charge. It’s note to the judge said there were jurors with “unpersuadable views.”

• Combs faced five criminal counts: one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs has vociferously denied the allegations against him.

  There is a possibility Diddy will be going home soon.

Complex Legal Battle: Racketeering Charges Unveiled

Diddy was acquitted on the most serious charges. The sex trafficking and racketeering charges, as we mentioned earlier, he was cleared of.

At this point, we are unsure whether the judge will impose any prison time on him. Having said this, the 12 jurors have delivered a bomb shell split decision, as stated by USA Today.

Inside the Manhattan court, Diddy appeared to be celebrating the jurors’ decisions. As we all know, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been in a Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center since September 16th.

Many have been eagerly awaiting the outcome of Diddy’s fate. Well, the wait is finally over. Diddy’s defense team was compelling. Otherwise, the prosecution would have been victorious if they had presented their case.

But life for Diddy will not be as it was. And Diddy’s character has undoubtedly taken a serious hit. Be that as it may, the jurors have spoken. Now, it is up to Judge Arun Subramanian to impose the sentence.
