Rappert Pooh Shiesty Involved In A Robbery While On House Arrest
The news of the robbery of rapper Gucci Mane surfaced last week. According to Action News 5, rapper Pooh Shiesty, his father, and a few others were involved in a brazen robbery.
In addition to robbing rapper Gucci Mane, he was allegedly held at gunpoint. Just when people thought Pooh Shiesty was turning over a new leaf, his trouble continues.
Details Of The Alleged Incident
According to the U.S. Department of Justice and a federal complaint filed in the Northern District of Texas, the incident occurred on January 10, 2026, at a recording studio in Dallas.
- The Motive: Prosecutors allege Pooh Shiesty (Lontrell Williams Jr.) arranged the meeting to discuss a dispute over his recording contract with Gucci Mane’s label, 1017 Records.
- The “Armed Takeover”: Once inside the studio, Shiesty allegedly produced an AK-style firearm and forced Gucci Mane to sign paperwork releasing him from his contract.
- The Robbery: While the contract was being signed at gunpoint, the other defendants allegedly robbed victims of cash, jewelry, and luxury items, including Gucci Mane’s wedding ring, Rolex watches, and a Louis Vuitton bag.
Investigators reportedly used electronic monitoring data from Pooh Shiesty’s ankle monitor to place him at the scene. Shiesty was released from federal prison in October 2025. And he was on home confinement at the time of the alleged crime. Additionally, several suspects allegedly posted photos of the stolen items on social media shortly after the incident.
Physical Assault: One victim was reportedly choked to the point of near unconsciousness, and Big30 is accused of barricading the studio door to prevent escape.
All defendants face charges of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, which carries a potential sentence of up to life in prison. It appears that Pooh Shiesty’s father carefully orchestrated the robbery. Now, all of the people involved face considerable prison time if convicted. As for Pooh Shiesty, he can kiss his rap career goodbye, that is, if he is found guilty.
