Though the superstar NBA player admitted that a lot of others could have been on his list.

He did oblige a Twitterer by responding to who were his top 5.

With over 51 million subscribers to his Twitter account, one follower, @SierraAPorter95 posed the question to the LA Lakers forward.

Looks like the GOAT is into the ’90s hip hop scene.

And many Twitter followers agreed with him.

While others offered up some additions to his pick.

But one responder, @rasslinfanbot, perhaps questioned how the Los Angeles great could have placed Nas’s It Was Written ahead of Illmatic, writing –

“It Was Written over Illmatic is interesting.”

No stranger to the Hip Hop scene, James has been known to frequent the company of those in the industries.

He even had Lil Wayne perform at one of his birthday parties.

Additionally, you can catch him kicking it with the likes of Drake and others at any given time.
