Kodak’s Lawyer Tries Desperately To Free Him. Here is an update on Kodak’s current situation in prison. Bradford Cohen Kodak’s lawyer wants him home.

Will Kodak finally get out of prison?

Kodak’s lawyer tries desperately to free him. Kodak was hit with another charge recently. In the gun possession case a New York judge gave Kodak 12 months. This charge was separate from Kodak’s current sentence.

In recent news Bradford Cohen Kodak’s lawyer wants the judge to reverse his gun charges. I mentioned that in a earlier story that Kodak was not the owner of the firearm. However, Kodak was charges anyway. We all know that the Coronavirus has been ravishing the US. With that being said, Kodak is among those within the prison population most affected by Covid 19.

I can certainly understand why Bradford is working tirelessly to free Kodak. But it appears that although Tekashi 69 was able to go on house arrest without any issue. Kodak may not be as successful. In a last ditch effort allegedly Cohen has petitioned the courts to free Kodak, as reported by Bossip. Kodak’s lawyer believes that Kodak should have never been charges in the first place.

Whether or not the judge will reverse the charges remain to be seen. In my opinion, I think Kodak may have a better chance of going on house arrest because of the virus. I don’t know if the judge will reverse Kodak’s sentence.
