Kodak Black Receives 46 Months In Prison. Kodak will be serving much more time in prison. This is just one of Kodak’s sentences. Kodak has another case pending  before another court. Kodak remains behind bars in a Florida prison.

Kodak’s career is over for now

A Miami federal judge sentenced the Florida rapper to more than 3 years, today. Kodak was arrested in May of this year for federal and state weapon charges right before his concert, as reported by Miami Herald. As a result, Bill Kapri aka Kodak was taken into custody. Since, that time Kodak was awaiting his sentence which now was passed down. The judge on his case shared this during the sentencing phase, “Young people do stupid things and I normally give them a break for that,”Judge Federico Moreno told Black. “The problem is that you have been doing stupid things since 15.”

On another note, Kodak is still facing sentencing for another crime.  Allegedly, Kodak was indicted for criminal sexual assault. A woman in a hotel room claims that Kodak sexually assaulted her on February 7, 2018.  A warrant was issued for Kodak’s arrest by Judge Belinda B. Timms. Both of Kodak’s attorney’s, Gary Kollin and Allan Zamren believe he will vindicated in the case which is out of South Carolina. And, we certainly hope so, if not Kodak will probably get some serious time.

In addition, Kodak was allegedly in a fight with a prison guard while in prison. And, we don’t have a lot of details about the case other than the guard was hospitalized. But if Kodak is convicted other these other charges against him his career may be over for good. At any rate, Kodak receiving 46 month sentence will certainly halt his career.
