Travis Scott Comes Under Fire Again

Travis Scott Comes Under Fire Again
Travis Scott Comes Under Fire Again. The tragedy at Astroworld continues to haunt Scott. People are upset about a Bugatti purchased by him.

Travis Scott Receives Backlash For $5.5 Million Bugatti

Travis Scott Comes Under Fire Again. His purchase of the luxury car was in 2020. However, he is being criticized by the family of 9-year-old Ezra Blount.

The Astroworld tragedy was responsible for the deaths of nine people. A crowd rushed the stage during one of Scott’s famous concerts (Astroworld).

After the surge of people pushed their way to the front an accident of significant proportions occurred. As a result, many were injured. In fact, there are over 10,000 claims.

But the most tragic thing of all were those who lost their lives, as reported by US Weekly. It was one of the most horrific accidents at a Houston concert.

When it was all said and done many people’s lives were changed forever. Scott was blamed for the accident. And, there are countless laws that have emerged.

The Astroworld Tragedy Is Still Making Headlines

But more than a year before the tragic event Scott bought a Bugatti. Now, this purchase is being noticed. According to TMZ, Scott’s representatives think the situation is being exploited.

Especially since, it is being picked up again in news outlets, as reported by The Source. His representatives are saying this,

“This latest attempt to exploit Astroworld victims and gaslight the media and the public is a new low. The car referenced was purchased way back in 2020 well before the tragic events at Astroworld), and covered widely by the media — including TMZ — at that time. Misrepresenting a two-year-old car purchase to make an unprovoked and unjustified attack on Travis Scott is nothing more than another desperate publicity stunt to try to falsely blame Travis and intentionally manipulate public opinion, which won’t work.”

Having said this, his representatives felt the need to explain the purchase. After this statement was from Blount’s attorney,

Bob Hillard told TMZ that the child would have still been alive if Scott “would’ve spent half of what he paid for the Bugatti on simple safety measures at the deadly music festival.”

There is a possibility that the Blount family did not know the facts. Otherwise, they not have mentioned it. Nevertheless, Scott is under fire again. Also, it appears that this tragedy is not over.

Be that as it may, Scott does have to bear some of the responsibility. How this issue is going to pan out is anyone’s guess.

Surely, those affected by this horrible accident will be properly compensated. Of course, there is no amount of money that can compensate for the nine people who lost their lives.
