Megan Thee Stallion was recently hospitalized after falling ill mid-performance during her Broadway debut in Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
While performing as the nightclub impresario Harold Zidler at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, Megan fell ill. The rapper began to feel as though she might faint and was promptly transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
Her representative later confirmed that doctors identified extreme exhaustion, dehydration, and low metabolic levels as the cause of her symptoms. Megan addressed the “scary” incident on Instagram, calling it a “real wake-up call” and admitting she had been pushing herself past her limits.
After being treated and discharged, she took Wednesday off to rest but said she intended to return to the stage this Thursday, April 2.
