The Unusual Arrest
Music Mogul Master P’s Son Arrested For Refrigerator Theft.
According to KUTV2, the young athlete and his two classmates were arrested on November 27, 2024.
This alleged incident occurred on November 11, 2024. The three young men were accused of stealing three refrigerators worth at least five thousand dollars.
Police claim the refrigerators were taken from a loading dock near the SUU (Southern Utah University) campus. Hercy and two others (Brock Felder and Peter Dadson Jr.) were captured on video surveillance.
According to what Hercy and the others were alleged to have told authorities, the refrigerators had been sitting at the loading dock for at least a month at the time.
One report suggests the refrigerators were near the SUU bookstore. Later that month, they were allegedly taken from inside two of the players’ residences.
After the arrest, all three young athletes still play basketball at SUU. Head coach Rob Jeter told TMZ Sports,
“he is confident the whole thing was an innocent mix-up” and the university is working to get things resolved quickly.”
Meanwhile, music mogul Percy Miller has not commented on the incident. It is possible the alleged incident was just a misunderstanding, especially since the athletes claimed they thought the refrigerators were being thrown away.
Therefore, they did not see anything wrong with allegedly taking them. However, the police say otherwise. So, all three have been reportedly charged with suspicion of third-degree felony theft.
