Therefore, Megan was able to move forward with dropping her new album.

Ultimately, Megan ended up leaving 1501 and signing with RocNation.
Some of Megan’s issues led her to file an ask for a Texas judge Darien Smith to be deposed, as Hot New Hip Hop stated.
That would cause Smith to testify in an upcoming deposition.
Smith is an executive at 1501.
Also, Smith is the alleged boyfriend of Megan’s former friend Kelsey Harris.
Long story short, Smith may have inside information about Megan’s ongoing battle with 1501.
That is why she is demanding the judge depose Smith.
