Kevin Hart Breathing Sigh Of Relief…For Now
As stated in official court records of the California District Court’s Central Divison, the complaint was dismissed due to:
- lack of diversity jurisdiction and
- lack of subject matter jurisdiction
Rendering an answer to the allegations made by the Plaintiff, the court ruled that her lawsuit is insufficient. Additionally, according to Radar Online, the papers also state that –
“Because the complaint alleges the citizenship of Defendant Fameolous, Ent LLC as if it were a corporation, rather than a limited liability company, the Complaint has not properly alleged the citizenship of that party.”
Reportedly, Ms. Montag stated that she had sex with Kevin Hart 3 times and that they “made a connection.”
After the sex tape was made, Hart made allegations of his own, saying that Ms. Sabbag attempted to extort millions of dollars from him, according to The Source.
Later apologizing to his wife, Eniko, while she was pregnant with his child Hart admitted that he made a “bad error in judgment”.
