Most rappers write for themselves. This news came out during his interview with Smoke DZA, as reported by XXL Mag. Smoke DZA is the host of “The Personal Party Podcast.
They remarked how Jadakiss is an expert ghostwriter. Therefore, they can understand why Diddy used his work. Also, Jadakiss admitted ghostwriting is a gift and a curse.
While Diddy benefited from Jadakiss’s writing, Jada did not. Needless to say, Jadakiss wrote some award-winning songs for Diddy. Some of the lines in Benjamins are catchy. Check out the video.
In case you don’t remember, Jadakiss is one of the members of The Lox. This rap group started out mixing tapes. They went on to have great success.
Some of their most memorable songs were, (Money, Power, and Respect), (and If You Think I’m Jiggy). Not to mention, The Lox killed it in their Verzuz.
Of course, the Verzuz between The Lox and The Diplomats went viral. Fans went wild when Jadakiss rapped. Other members of The Lox(Sheek Louch, Styles P) totally destroyed The Diplomats.
Jim Jones, Juelz, and Camron were not a match for them. Nevertheless, the Verzuz proved once again Jadakiss is one of the best.
