Is Kodak Black Spiraling Out Of Control? Recent footage of Kodak Black has once again sparked major concern for his well‑being. A widely shared video shows the rapper seemingly out of it during a recent concert, fueling fears he is struggling with intoxication on stage.

A major flashpoint came in February 2026, when a video circulated online showing Kodak struggling to remain upright during a live performance.
At one point, being physically supported by security on stage. The footage quickly went viral, prompting widespread alarm across social media.
Viewers speculated about his health and sobriety, with many calling for immediate intervention or rehabilitation.
