The Allegations Against Gunnar
Gunna’s Attorney Defends Him Against ‘Snitch’ Accusations.
Gunna’s attorney, Steve Sadow, is now addressing the allegations against him. Steve has supported Gunna, claiming he did not ‘snitch’ on Young Thug.
Here is a recap of Gunna’s case, as stated by The Source,
“Gunna, born Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, became a focal point of the YSL (Young Slime Life) RICO trial when he took an Alford plea in December 2022, after spending 8 months in jail. The plea deal allowed Gunna to avoid a lengthy prison sentence, but it also sparked intense controversy, with critics accusing him of betraying his YSL associates, including Young Thug, who was facing similar charges. Gunna was sentenced to five years with a suspended sentence, meaning no jail time, probation, or travel restrictions, which further fueled speculation about his alleged cooperation with authorities.”
He continues to refute allegations that Gunna cooperated with prosecutors. Also, he claims Gunna did nothing to undermine Jeffrey “Young Thug” William’s case.
In a recent social media post, Steve doubled down on his stance. Gunna was not allegedly mentioned in Young Thug’s case, and the agreement Gunna made included no probation or travel restrictions for the rapper.
Therefore, Gunna was able to resume his hip-hop career.
I was Gunna’s attorney but I am NOT speaking on his behalf. This long post is solely to set out the truth. Gunna did NOT cooperate, and did NOTHING and said NOTHING to cause harm to Thug’s case. He spent 8 months in jail and was released in Dec. 2022 after entering an Alford…

Because Gunna can move forward, there has been some suspicion and mistrust. Some genuinely believe Gunna did ‘snitch’ on his former colleague, despite his attorney claiming he did not.
At this time, Gunna has not said anything about the allegations. And we don’t expect Gunna to address anyone on social media.
It appears Gunna has put the ugliness of the allegations behind him. It is the public that continues to keep the false claims going.
Keep in mind that Young Thug has been released from prison. He is now able to serve out his sentence at home on restriction. Unlike Gunna, Young Thug does have restrictions.
Nevertheless, neither rapper had to do any hard time in prison. Therefore, it seems that all’s well and ends well.
