In a shocking turn of events, a former male employee has come forward with a sexual assault lawsuit against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit alleges that Diddy engaged in inappropriate behavior towards the employee while working for the Grammy-winning artist. These accusations against Diddy keep surfacing. It appears Diddy is facing yet another sexual assault case.

A former employee, whose name is Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, claims that Diddy made unwanted sexual advances toward them. According to People, Jones was working with Diddy on his album ‘Love.’
Jones’s lawsuit alleges that the incidents occurred multiple times while he worked on the music project.
Furthermore, the lawsuit claims Jones worked with Diddy from September 2022 to November 2023. During this time, Jones allegedly lived with Diddy and traveled with him.
He claims he witnessed, experienced, and endured many things. Those things he witnessed were allegedly far beyond his role as a producer. In addition, the lawsuit filed by Jones names, Diddy’ son Justin Combs.
Also, Diddy’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge; and former Motown Records CEO Ethopia Habtemariam as defendants.
In this 73-page lawsuit, Jones alleges he was constantly recording Diddy for the album. One of the most damaging claims by Jones suggests Diddy would grope him.
When he allegedly spoke with Diddy’s chief of staff, Khristina Khorram, she did not take him seriously. Khorram allegedly dismissed the groping as ‘friendly horseplay.’
It gets worse, as Jones gives his account of the alleged sexual assault. There were times that Jones alleged he was asked to solicit people for sex.
In another report by NBC News, the allegations against Diddy are very detailed. Reports claim, Jones was sent out by Diddy wearing a ‘Bad Boys’ cap to attract sex workers.
But one of the most damaging claims is that Diddy allegedly drugged Jones and raped him. The videographer claims he woke up naked, confused, and dizzy.
Sean’Diddy’Combs, attorney Shawn Holley told Page Six,
“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar” who filed the $30 million lawsuit “shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.”
“His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
Having said this, Diddy is fighting an uphill legal battle. Especially since, some of these allegations could be considered criminal. More importantly, if Jones can prove these allegations are true, Diddy could face prison time.
So far, Jones is asking for allegedly $30 million. We will keep you posted on these latest allegations against Diddy.
