Cam’Ron Is Facing A Lawsuit. Apparently, the photographer who snapped the “pink fur” outfit is suing.

Djamilla Rosa Cochran, claims Cam’Ron used the photo without her consent.

Therefore she is allegedly hauling Cam’Ron into court.

Black Enterprise reports, legal documents were filed by Cochran. She alleges Cam has used the photos for years.

He is being sued for copyright infringement. To top it off, Cochran wants money from each sale.

You guessed it, Cochran allegedly wants a large percent of merchandise money.

Actually, Cochran is suing Cam and his company Dipset Couture LLC.

Here’s the kicker, Cochran claims Cam knowingly sold various products without her knowledge.

In fact, this how the lawsuit reads,

“Defendant Dipset Couture LLC, without permission or authorization from Plaintiff, actively copied and displayed the Photograph on the Website as part of various product listings (‘Merchandise Listings’) and engaged in this misconduct knowingly and in violation of the United States copyright laws,” the lawsuit reads. “Getty Images notified defendants of their infringing activities by mail and email on multiple occasions. Despite those notifications, defendants continued to sell merchandise and continued to display the photograph on website and accounts.”

Not only that, even when Cam allegedly received notifications to stop selling merchandise he did not.

Therefore, Cochran allegedly felt compelled to file the lawsuit.

Now, Cam’Ron is facing a huge lawsuit. Not to mention, Cam stands to lose a substantial amount of money.

That is, if Cochran wins. In addition, Cochran is insisting that she should be awarded damages, as well.

Important to note, Cam’ron has worn pink in a lot of his photos.

Additionally, he has sold pink merchandise which includes his iconic pink mink coat.

Cam has posted images of shower curtains, pillows, and swimsuit on Instagram, as stated by Billboard.

For this reason, Cam’Ron is facing litigation. It is anyone’s guess how things will turn out.
