T.I. Says Nobody Can Out Rap Me Not Even Jay-Z !!!

Social media has been buzzing for a few days. It is because of the comment Clifford “T.I.”Harris believes there is no one who can out rap him. Not even Jay -Z?

Nobody Can F*ck With Me on The Mic

Harris is no stranger to controversy. As we have all seen in recent years. But if you come for Harris you better be prepared for the smoke. According to Harris, there is no other rapper who can compare to him on the mic. And, he made sure he dropped some big names, Jay-Z,  Lil Wayne, and Nas, as reported by Atlanta Black Star. Needless to say, Harris exudes confidence in his abilities.

On a live Instagram, Harris boldly declared himself the G.O.A.T., so to speak. If that is not the case, then why would Harris make such a declaration. And, is there any weight to what Harris said?

Of course, some would beg to differ with Harris. Personally, I would not compare rappers on who rocks the mic the best or not? Especially, since, each of the rappers Harris mentioned has its own unique style. It gets a little hairy when you start making comparisons. All of these rappers can rock the mic, in my opinion. However, here is some of what Harris said,

“Motherfuckers can’t f-ck with me in no way, shape, form, or fashion when it comes to doing no music, man. I got a lot of other s–t going on so I don’t do music like on no consistent basis. I don’t depend on that s–t to feed me. You hear me.”

With that being said, looking at the body of work for each rapper would be necessary. That is if you attend to make comparisons.  Harris has seven number-one singles, with large commercial success (Live Your Life, Whatever You Like). Also, T.I. still has street appeal and credits. We must admit that Lil Wayne has quite a music catalog with 11 number one singles.

Not to mention, Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter”, compilations had phenomenal success. Then there is Jay-z whose project, “Live and Times of S. Carter did extremely well. Lastly, Nas is a brilliant storyteller and he could possibly be the king of anthems. Additionally, Nas had a movie made about his album, ” Time Is Illmatic.” So there you have it.

Jay-Z RAP CITY Freestyle

In addition, we would have to look at overall sales, popularity, and tenure, in my opinion. Overall, each rapper mentioned by Harris has made a great impact on music. Even Harris has done great things for hip-hop music and culture. What do you all think? Can Harris out rap, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and Nas?
