Kid Cudi, the creator of the app managed to generate $100,000 on the platform, which went live in February.
That effort brought in over 14+ million claps, which resulted in more than $140,000.
Since then, dozens have performed on the platform.
After the Cleveland rapper performed a half-hour show for fans on the digital platform, Trippie Redd is set to perform on Thursday, March 10th at 8 p.m. PT.
Kid Cudi posted the following on Twitter –
“Last night? EPIC. Love to those who tuned in!! We’re just getting started.”
As for Trippie Redd performing, Kid Cudi stated –
“…Go show him some love by clapping into the show. I’ll see you there.”
Additionally, for those fans hoping to see a live performance in person, it’s still possible.

As for why Kid Cudi started the Encore platform, here is what he said in a press release –

“We created Encore as a space for artists to share their art, build community, while also being able to pay their rent.”
