In the visual, the therapist is none other than Oscar-award-winning actress Helen Mirren.

Released today, the piano therapy session comes from his Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers project.

Lamar, along with pgLang cofounder Dave Free, directed the video.

After conversing about taking a woman’s parking spot, the rapper shares his innermost thoughts in a three-way split screen.

Sharing the screen is Lamar on one side, Mirren on the other side, and the center shows scenes that he is describing.

Some scenes show his partner, Whitney Alford.
