Young Thug May Have Received Drugs In Court. According to WSB-TV, There was an alleged transaction between Kahlieff Adams and Williams.
The video footage show a hand-to-hand exchange. A deputy allegedly spotted the contraband and confiscated it.
Then Jeffrey Williams aka Young Thug gave it to the deputy. Adams allegedly passed a Percocet pill to Young Thug.
Reports by 4 New York News, provided other details about the incident. Attorney Teombre Calland, who represents Adams gave a statement.
In the statement he dismissed the allegations. However, another source said, Adams allegedly ingested the pills.
And, Adams was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. He was in court on Thursday. Furthermore, Adams is serving a life sentence.
Meanwhile, Adams is being charged with RICO. Having said this, Young Thug’s attorney Keith Adams spoke on his behalf.
In his statement attorney Adams shared this,
“His side is the truth. The reality is Mr. Williams had nothing to do with what went on in the courtroom on yesterday. One of the co-defendants on his way to the restroom attempted to pass something to Mr. Williams, who immediately turned it over to the deputy,”
Generally speaking, Young Thug maintains he knew nothing. For this reason, Young Thug will not be facing anymore charges.
