A tragedy unfolded in Memphis as ‘Big Jook’  rapper Yo Gotti’s brother was fatally shot.

The incident happened at 6385 Winchester in Memphis outside of the Perignons Restaurant.

According to TMZ, Big Jook had just attended the funeral of an alleged uncle.

In video footage posted online, Yo Gotti, Big Jook, and Angela Simmons are seen at the funeral.

There are reports of Big Jook bleeding on the ground as some people tried to help him.

Details of what led up to the shooting are unclear at this time, as stated by Page Six.

Yo Gotti has not confirmed or denied the reports of his brother being killed.

Some reports are suggesting that the shooting was possible retaliation for Young Dolph’s death.

Big Jook worked on the business side of Yo Gotti’s record label Collective Music Group.

Mims promoted artists, appearing in some of his brother Yo Gotti’s music videos.

The Memphis music executive was very close to his younger brother.

So, this is quite a significant loss for Mario’Yo Gotti’ Mims and his family.

There is also alleged footage of a white SUV seen leaving the scene of the fatal shooting.

Also, there was a second victim who was shot and taken to a nearby hospital.
